Chatbot Settings Guide
Your chatbot's settings page is its command center, where you can fine-tune both AI behavior and visual appearance. Let's explore each section in detail.
AI Settings

AI Model Selection
Choose from our range of powerful AI models to power your chatbot. Each model offers different capabilities and performance characteristics:
- GPT-4o-mini: Our default model, optimized for speed and efficiency
- GPT-4: Most capable model, ideal for complex tasks
- GPT-3.5-turbo: Balanced performance and speed
- Claude 3 Haiku: Fast and efficient for simple tasks
- Claude 3 Opus: Advanced capabilities for complex reasoning
- Claude 3 Sonnet: Balanced performance and capabilities
- Gemini 1.5 Pro: Google's advanced model with strong analytical capabilities
Note
If you're using GPT models and run out of credits on the Unlimited plan, you can use your personal OpenAI API key in the Account settings.
Temperature Control
Temperature controls how "creative" your chatbot's responses are. The setting ranges from 0 to 1:
- 0 (Default): Most focused and consistent responses, ideal for customer support
- 0.5: Balanced creativity and consistency
- 1: Maximum creativity, good for brainstorming and creative tasks
Note
For customer support, we recommend using the GPT-4o-mini model with a temperature of 0.5.

Custom instructions shape your chatbot's personality and behavior. Here's how to make the most of them:
Example Instructions
